BREAKING: Ilorin-born Islamic Scholar, Baba Lagbani, Is Dead
Sheikh Abdullah Yusuf ‘Baba Lagbaji’, a top cleric in Ilorin, Kwara State, North-Central Nigeria, is dead.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that ‘Baba Lagbaji’ died on Friday. He is the Grand Khalifah of Zummurat Muhmin.
The cause of his death and actual age cannot be established as of the time of publishing this report.
He is expected to be buried today, Saturday, at Agbaji in Ilorin, in accordance with Islamic rites.
Many Nigerian Muslims have taken to social media to express grief about the Sheikh’s demise.
