Victor Odebala To Head Amaechi’s South-South Presidential Campaign

Sapele born, Barrister Victor Omokoko Odebala, has been appointed as National Leader, South-South, Presidential Campaign Coordinator for current Transport Minister, Chief Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi.

The investiture ceremony, which took place at Nelrose Hotel, Asaba recently, was witnessed by representatives of the All Progressive Congress APC from the South- South states with host Delta and large followers from Rivers state.

The choice of Victor Odebala, according to its national campaign coordinator, Chief Henry Igbokwe was a painstaking effort, based on the sterling leadership qualities in Odebala as an astute business man and acceptable person within the South South region.

Sir Victor Odebala, the national campaign coordinator disclosed, was handpicked by Chief Rotimi Amaechi himself from several others recommended for the arduous task across, and home based states of Amaechi, namely, Rivers, Bayelsa, Cross Rivers, Akwa-Ibom, Edo and Delta state that were represented at the ceremony.

The national campaign coordinator, who described Odebala as an accomplished and an affable person within the South South disclosed that the Presidential aspirant will surely succeed with the likes of Odebala to guide him at the primaries and be of great benefit to him as President of this country.

Chief Igbokwe said Odebala’s antecedent speaks volume for itself, apart from his humble background and untainted business outfit that has lifted severals to economic and financial success.

In his acceptance speech, Sir Odebala said Rotimi Amaechi was thoughtful in handpicking him for the assignment, as according to the new campaign coordinator, Amaechi has made laudable landmark achievement in transportation sector, with modern trains now dotting new and abandoned railway lines, all across the country.
Amaechi antecedent, beginning from his good works in uplifting Rivers state to its Eldorado, as Governor and carving his name in the annals of political development of the country by his success story in the transportation ministry, is a great pass mark.
His laudable works speak volume nationwide for him as an aspirant that had already dwarfed other contestants in the presidential race for 2023.

Odebala, while advising, not just party faithfuls, but entire Niger Delta region, to work and put their minds towards the end result of Amaechi success at the presidential poll, stressed that their “son” will surely address all socio-economic deprivations plaguing the oil and gas producing region when Amaechi finally assumes office for decades.

Odebala said he sees the appointment as a national call to service and the handiwork of God, explaining, it is an opportunity to offer my advice in order to promote the economy, especially aimed at the youths by creating jobs and disengage them from social vices and other forms of violence associated to idleness and unemployment.
