Zamfara: INEC Office Gutted By Fire, PVCs Destroyed

The office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kaura Namoda, Zamfara State, North-West Nigeria has been gutted by fire.
Sources said the inferno which started at about 9pm on Monday reportedly razed the entire building, as firefighters battled to put out the fire but could not due to lack of water in their tank.
Eyewitness said that nothing was removed from the affected INEC office as PVCs, ballot boxes and other election materials were destroyed.
