DELSU Consult Begins Admission For 6-Month Programmes

DELSU Consult, Delta State University, Abraka in partnership with PPMEC in safety and security matters is offering admission for interested applicants to a six-months professional training programme leading to the award of Professional Diploma, Advanced Professional Diploma and Graduate –Specialist in Occupational Security, Health and Environment, Safety and Disaster Management (Onshore and Offshore) (OSHES) Level 1, 2 and 3.
According to the management, the programme will run only weekends on Friday and Saturdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm and 9:00am -4:00pm respectively.
A statement by the management said the training is “for those seeking job, officers and staff in oil and gas companies, police, military, immigration officers, FRSC, NDLEA, NSCDC, EFCC, prison officers, intelligence officers, sea safety and airport officials and safety and security conscious Individuals.”
According to the statement, “holders of Levels 3 of this programme can gain Direct Entry to do B.sc In Environmental Hazards, Security and Safety Management and later Msc in the same course in a recognized university with NYSC/EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE. “
