Late Alaafin Of Oyo’s Wife Is Dead
Olori Kafayat, one of the wives of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III, is dead.
She died on Friday.
This comes barely two months after the death of the monarch.
Although details of her death is yet to be made public, DAILY GIST reports that Olori kafayat died in the late hours of Friday.

Olori Kafayat Adeyemi, who was the fourth Olori of the late Oba Adeyemi III, was the mother of Prince Adebayo Adeyemi (D’Gov), who is the chairman of the Oyo State Local Government Pensions Board.
Before her demise, she was popularly known as Iya Aguo or Iya Ibeji in Oyo Kingdom.
Recalls that the late Alaafin on the 22nd of April died in the late hours of Friday at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti, the capital of Ekiti State.
The monarch was the longest serving Alafin of Oyo.
