Man Beats Pregnant Wife To Death In Sapele

A man popularly known as MOB on Saturday allegedly beat up his pregnant wife to death, according to report made available to this medium.

MOG is said to have stormed the Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries, along New Road By Awolowo Road Extension, where the wife was attending a Churxh programne.

The man who was dressed in a short sleeve shirt was heard interrogating his wife on why she left home for church service without taking care of the home and making provision for his dinner.

Eyewitnesses said that wthout waiting for his heavily pregnant wife to explain while she did, he landed slaps and blows on her.

She immediately collapsed before passersby and church members came for her rescue, an eyewitness added.

She was thereafter rushed to OBULE HOSPITAL where she was confirmed dead.

Meanwhile, husband of the deceased has denied the allegation, saying his late wife died of High Blood Pressure.
