2023: I Will Not Disappoint My People If Voted As Senator In Delta South Senatorial District –Nesiama

Ahead the 2023 general elections, the candidate contesting for Delta South Senatorial District under the platform of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Commodore Omatseye Nesiama (Rtd) said he would not disappoint the people if voted to represent them in the Senate, saying he will make sure that the people get the dividends of democracy.
Commodore Nesiama stated this on Saturday at the commissioning of the Party’s Secretariat at I0 Odion Road Warri in Warri South Local Government Area of the state by the Presidential candidate of the party( NNPP), Eng.(Dr)Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
He said already, with the mammoth crowd who came for the commissioning, it is obvious that the people of Delta South Senatorial District love him, saying, he would not betray the confidence which they would repose on him come 2023.
He said:’ “It is obvious that the people of Delta South Senatorial District love me and l will not disappoint them come 2023 after l have been voted in as a Senator”.
Commodore Nesiama who said he is ready to give the people a robust representation in the Senate, said before now voting was based on apathy but this time around, people’s interest have been rekindled with the people like him coming out to contest, urging the people to vote so that their vote can count.

On how he is prepared to face his contenders in the race, he said it is obvious that by the crowd who came for commissioning, victory is his as the crowd were not hired but came on their volution as they are on ground to vote for him come 2023 general elections.
He added: “Tthe people that came to today is a testimony of my victory because, they were not hired, they came on their volution”.
Commodore Nesiama who said the election this time around would be different from the yester years, urged the people to exercise their franchise by voting for him as that is only way things can change for the better.
While appreciating those who were able to make it to the commissioning, he charged the people who have duly registered to collect their Permanent Voter’s Card(PVC) to enable them vote for the right candidate which of course, he is the one in the next year’s elections.
He said: “Just like the zeal which they have to register, they should also have the zeal to collect their PVC because that is their voting right”.
He added If the people fail to collect their PVC, they would forfit their voting right.
The programme which saw the Party faithful and supporters march through the major streets in Warri among which are Hausa Quarters, Okere Road,Deco Road, and finally terminating at the party’s Secretariat in Odion Road was unique in its perspective.
