BREAKING: Abuja Court Throws Out Criminal Complaint Charge Against Oborevwori
An Abuja Court has thrown out a direct criminal charge case brought against Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and PDP gubernatorial candidate in the state, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori.
The case filed by Hon. Evans Ivwurie is seeking to try Sheriff Oborevwori for identity theft on the basis of a procured black market forensic opinion on his educational certificates.

The court dismissed the suit for lack of jurisdiction and resolved all six grounds of objection in favour of the defendant, Sheriff Oborevwori.
