Convener, Atiku-Okowa Ambassadors Applauds Appointment Of Aniagwu As Presidential Campaign Spokesman

The Convener/Director General for Atiku-Okowa Ambassadors for 2023, Hon Dr Joseph Okeoghene Ubrurhe and the Secretary to Ughelli South local Government council has applauded the Delta State commisioner for information, Mr Charles Aniagwu on his recent appointment to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar campaign council as the South South spokesperson.

Dr Ubrurhe who issued a press statement on his way out of the office of Dr. Peter Adogbejire Mrakpor SAN, (who is also a Patron to Atiku/Okowa Ambassadors for 2023, the intimidate past Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Delta state, said this appointment coming to the Delta State Commissioner was a well deserved honour, given his pedigree as one of the best hands in the state.

“This appointment is timely and the job given to the right person. We believe as a group that he will deliver successfully on his job. Those who gave him the job know him very well that he will deliver. We should all pray and rally more support for him,” he added.

He called on PDP members all over the country to pray and rally round Mr Aniagwu so that he will be very much successful in his new assignment, while soliciting support from Nigerians in particular to throw their weight behind Atiku and Okowa to bring to an end the era of bad governance at the Central which he sad, has bedeviled the country.

The Secretary to the Ughelli local Government, Dr Ubrurhe who also doubles as the Convener/DG to the Atiku-Okowa Ambassadors for 2023, added that they have no doubt in their mind on the personality of the Information Commissioner whom they described as a man filled with integrity, humility, intelligence and the wisdom of Solomon to succeed.

He pointed out that given the excellent track records of Mr Charles Aniagwu since the beginning of Okowa’s administration even till now, they believed that he (Aniagwu) will do same in Atiku/Okowa campaign team which will eventually bring victory to the party, come 2023.

The Atiku/Okowa Ambassadors for 2023 is an affiliate campaign organisation registered with the National body of PDP for the purpose of canvasing vote for the Presidential flag bearer of the of the PDP and other candodates from federal to state.
