Uduaghan Attends Delta PDP LGA Flag Off, As Okowa Comments Him
As the People’s Democratic Party kicks off another rounds of campaign after the widely successful Ward to Ward campaign, His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, CON, the Immediate Past Governor of Delta and leader of Delta South played host to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and Vice Presidential candidate of the PDP and party faithful at the flag off of the LGA to LGA campaign at Patani LGA in Delta South before the trained moved to Ozoro in Isoko North LGA.

His Excellency, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa publicly appreciated his predecessor for the awesome work of reconciliation and voter education he had been embarked upon while he was moving across Nigeria with Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Presidential Candidate of the PDP in a mission to rescue Nigeria from the claws of the ruling party at the centre.
Dr. Uduaghan while addressing the teeming supporters at both Patani and Isoko North LGAs, tasked leaders and party faithfuls to take the Presidential election very seriously as much as they are taking the governorship
He said, “this election is about you, your voters card, ballot paper and your conscience.
We must work to ensure that Atiku and Okowa win in 2023 because if they do, Deltans will not be behind in the scheme of things in Abuja. This is one is most dear to me because it is the first time that someone from Delta State is emerging the Vice Presidential Candidate of our party.”
Other leaders who spoke, including Kingsley Esiso Esq, State Chairman of the Party, Hon. Solomon Funkekeme, Director Election Management Committee and other eminent leaders paid tributes to leaders of the LGAs such as Chief Capt. Pius Sinebe (Patani), Chief Emmanuel Ogidi, Hon. Leo Ogor, Chief Ovuozourie Macaulay while also emphasizing the importance of working and voting 5 over 5 for the party.
The campaign train moves to Uvwie and Warri South tomorrow.
