You Have Nothing To Show, Ethiope West Residents Troll LG Chair
…Compares Him With Sapele LG Chair
Residents of Ethiope West Local Government Area are demanding the Council chair, Hon Owoso Oghenedoro Nelson to show them what he has done with the huge allocation believed to have rolled in, in recent months from the state treasury.
The residents are also trolling the LG boss for promising so much and doing so little comparing him to Sapele Local Government Chairman, Hon Eugene Inoaghan whom they claim has done so much despite having the same allocation and low in Internal Generated Revenue, IGR, compared to the Ethiope West boss.
“We have kept asking what the chairman is doing with his allocation and we are yet to get answer” a resident, Akpome Benedict of Jesse town told Kokodia.
“We have not had good roads we are suppose to have not even rehabilitated ones and yet someone is saying Owoso de work”
He said most of his followers were praise singers who had not told the council boss the truth, and insisting Owoso must start working now.
Mrs Katerina Onovekowho from Oghareki who also expressed her mind said Owoso has been found wanting in everyway.
“We are getting fed up with his performance, when he was a councillor, he did more, we just wonder why he has decided not to perform as a council chairman” the lady said.
On Friday, some of them had gone on social media demanding to see his projects and comparing him with the Sapele local government council chairman, Hon Eugene Inoaghan with Kparobo Eghwubare doting his post with pictures of the Sapele local government boss achievements.
The post which was noted ‘This is projects of Sapele Local Government Council Chairman, Hon Eugene Inoaghan. Ethiope West LGA, where are thou!’ was however challenged by one “Comr Rukky Samuel Cfr, with the reply “Ethiope West Local Government Led By Rt Hon Owoso Oghenedoro Is In Safe Hands. And His Visible Transformational Agenda Is On Course. For Your Information, Though, Sapele Local Government Chairman Is Currently On His Second Term”
Kparobo however asked Comr Rukky Samuel Cfr this question: “So the allocation of a second timer is higher than a first timer abi??”
Another social media commentator, Iteme Emmanuel, who commented said ‘Money nor dey ne he be our slogan’ in reference to the chairman constant slogan that the council does not have cash
The one time Councillor has always been under attack since his assumption of office, while praise singers have sang his praise to high heavens, residents have continue to come down hard on him, calling on Ethiope West residents to reject him.
