The executive governor of Benue State and a strong supporter of the Labour Party (LP), presidential candidate, Samuel Ortom has revealed the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has betrayed the five aggrieved governors of the People’s Democratic Party by meeting with the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Recall that the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, had a meeting with the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the general election.

However, Samuel believes that Wike is deceiving the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress.

Samuel’s anger over Wike’s meeting with Tinubu is that it goes against the agreement of the five aggrieved governors of the People’s Democratic Party because they had agreed as a team to support Peter Obi in the forthcoming general election.

He said; “Wike is my friend and will always be my friend, but we don’t agree politically anymore. We agreed to support Peter Obi, but he went and met with Tinubu behind us. He is only deceiving Tinubu because Rivers State will never leave Peter Obi to vote for Bola Tinubu.”
