Anirah Declares Seven Days Celebration For Sheriff’s Governorship Victory

Leader of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP and House of Assembly member, Chief Felix Uruemuesiri Anirah has enjoined party faithfuls and friends to join him on a week long celebration over the party’s Governorship victory at the poll.
Chief Anirah, was thronged by friends and PDP loyalists, including PDP Sapele L G Chairman, Chief Dadi at a party held in his home, in a joyous mood, promised to keep up with the celebration for seven days over the victory of the erstwhile Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Honourable Sheriff Oborevwori at the recent poll.

The Delta state lawmaker, representing Sapele constituency described the emergence of the Governor – elect as a historic and landmark achievement for Okpe – Urhobo, explaining that it is a chance that had eluded the clan for over sixty years and it is worthy of celebration.
While giving kudos to the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom for the initiative, he expressed gratitude to the LG party chairman, Chief Godwin Dadi for his hard work and in ensuring that the achievement coincided with his tenure.
He was also ecstatic and full of praise to every member of the party especially Ward One for their selfless effort in delivering the ward on a large scale victory for PDP Sapele.
In his words to the joyful guests, he said ” come again tomorrow and another day to dance, drink and eat to your satisfaction for seven days with sufficient food and wining for everybody.”
Special guests among others that were treated to good old school music by a Sapele based dance band included Col, Babuba Abeke, Elder Gregory Omame, Mr SK Momoh, Mr, Amami and a retinue of PDP women who danced to the delight of attendants.
