PDP, APC House Of Assembly Candidates Will Be Rubberstamp, Julius Abure Sues Edo People

The National Chairman of Labour Party, Barr. Julius Abure has appealed to Edo People to shun PDP and APC Candidates for House of Assembly and vote Labour Party Candidates that are young, vibrant and dependable.
Barr. Julius Abure stated this in a closed door meeting with State Executive members, Party LGA Chairmen, ward and Unit Chairmen, Party Leaders and heads of support groups while appreciating them for voting enmass for Labour Party in the last Presidential Election .
According to Julius Abure, Edo People should not make the mistake of voting APC and PDP House of Assembly members because they will be manipulated by godfathers and would not provide adequate representation for their constituents.

“ We have tried PDP House of Assembly members, APC House of Assembly members and I can say categorically, they were all rubber stamp and so, I think Edo People have to reward them by not electing them this time around, our Candidates are young, vibrant and can win election base on the people’s mandate and not godfatherism”.
“Our house of Assembly Candidates have no godfathers, they believe that with the obedient movement and with the dissatisfaction of PDP and APC representation, they are winning the election. I can assure Edo People that if you vote in Labour Party Candidates to represent you in Edo State House of Assembly, be rest assured you will get adequate representation”.
Expressing gratitude to the Obedient movement in Edo State for the massive vote given to Peter Obi , he further charged them to replicate same support to all Labour Party House of Assembly Candidates in the March 18 Election. .
He stressed that Labour Party is not in alliance with any party and should be voted for in the State House of Assembly to enable a robust legislative section in Edo State.
Speaking earlier, the State Chairman , Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi appreciated the National Chairman for providing an enabling environment for the State Executive to thrive and carry out their necessary obligations which reflected in the last Presidential election.
The State Chairman assured the national Chairman that all Obedient in the State are prepared for the State House of Assembly election and would live up to expectation.
