Delta APC Felicitates With Okotete On Her Birthday

The leadership of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), Delta State has congratulated the Executive Director, Business Development, Nigerian Export-Import Bank Plc, Hon. Stella Erhuvwuoghene Okotete on her birthday celebration.
