If Tinubu Had Chosen A Christian As His Running Mate, Christians Would Have Still Fought Him – Apostle Johnson Suleman
Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries recently commented on the current political situation in Nigeria, specifically regarding Tinubu’s decision to choose a Muslim running mate in Senator Kashim Shettima.
In a video address to his congregation, Apostle Suleman explained that Tinubu made this choice because he knew it would secure the support of the Muslim-dominated northern part of the country.

According to the cleric, Tinubu’s decision was strategic and calculated, as he recognized that if he had chosen a Christian running mate, it would have caused division and conflict within the Christian community.
By selecting a Muslim running mate, Tinubu avoided this potential problem and was able to unite the Muslim support base behind him, he added.
Apostle Suleman went on to criticize those who have accused Tinubu of favoring Muslims over Christians, stating that it is important for Nigerians to focus on solving their problems rather than creating unnecessary divisions. He urged his congregation to work towards unity and understanding, rather than allowing political differences to divide them.
