Kogi Guber: Sanusi Abdul Calls For Unity Among Igala

The Chief Executive Officer of Sanam Home, Alhaji Sanusi Abdul, has urged Igala leaders and politicians to forgive each other in the interest of the race.

The businessman in a statement on Sunday, said the appeal become necessary to have a united Igala house ahead of 2023 governorship election in Kogi state.

He advised notable Igala leaders, stakeholders and politicians to forgive each other and harmonize their interest to have a colourful outing in favour of Kogi East governorship candidate.

Sanusi called on the governorship candidates from the zone to approach all aggrieved Igala leaders and politicians for genuine reconciliation and compromise, saying such will make the contest a free ride and avert previous experience by the Igalas.

“For us to have Igala agenda it is important we have thorough unity amongst us as a people who mean well for ourselves.

“I call on Igala leaders, stakeholders and politicians to write a new history of hope, brighter future and positive promises by forgiving each other. Without forgiveness, relationships will not give birth to promising children.

“The chance of one of us becoming the governor of Kogi state is bright and promising. They might have offended you just as you might have offended them. Let’s heal the wound of enemity to move on and faster. This is the last chance should we want our children to forgive us”

“We have politicians who are experienced, promising and virile to govern Kogi on merit. We are the pride of Kogi state and we must be encouraged by people of all strata to further display our administrative prowess as done when we had previous governor.
