Fire Guts Section Of Wetland Hotel In Delta
A section of the popular Wetland Hotel in Ughelli, Delta State, owned by Wetland Microfinance Bank was gutted by fire on Tuesday.
The fire is said to have started from the generator section in the said hotel.
Sources said that a staff was pouring diesel into the generator plant while it was on that resulted in its bursting into flames.

Eyewitnesses who spoke to Oasis Magazine said the inferno destroyed the security and generator rooms, adding that fire fighting personnel on ground worked hard to prevent the fire from wrecking more damage.
No love was lost during the incidence.
