CMPG: Latimore Steps Aside, Nominates Mormah As Acting Chairman
The convener and Chairman of Coalition for Media Politics and Governance, CMPG, Olorogun Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq, on Wednesday August 9, stepped aside and nominated Deputy Chairman, Delta North of CMPG, Engr Mormah Emmanuel Chuks, as Acting Chairman.
A statement issued by the group’s State Publicity Secretary, Onajite Malcolm Tagbarha, said the nomination of Engr Mormah by Oghenesivbe, shall be ratified at a general meeting of CMPG scheduled to hold in Warri, Delta South Senatorial District, on Sunday, in line with the group’s constitution.
“Our visionary leader and Chairman, Olorogun Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has voluntarily stepped aside and in the same token nominated the Deputy Chairman, Delta North, Engr Mormah Emmanuel Chuks, to take charge of affairs for a period of six months, to enable him deal with pressing personal issues.

“In the light of the above, Engr Mormah’s nomination shall be considered and ratified at a general meeting on Sunday, scheduled to hold in Warri, Delta State.
“Dr Oghenesivbe, expressed appreciation to members for their unalloyed loyalty and support in the past two years, and urged them to extend same to his nominee, Engr Mormah Emmanuel Chuks,” the statement added.
