DELSU To Relocate 100L Engineering Students From Abraka To Oleh Campus Next Year

Delta State University, DELSU, Abraka, has directed all 100 level Engineering students in the institution to relocate from Abraka main Campus to Oleh Campus.
This directive follows a decision reached by the Senate at its 197th regular meeting held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

A statement by the institution on Thursday, said the decision was based on information that “the Faculty of Engineering has the facilities and equipment to house the 100 level Engineering students of the University.”
Adding: “It therefore approved the movement of the 100 level Engineering students from Abraka main Campus to Oleh Campus.”
Meanwhile, the institution said “following interactions between Management and the 100 level Engineering students, Management considered the effect the movement will have on the students who have already settled down for the semester and decided that the effective date for the movement should be 2024/2025 academic session.”
“Consequently, by this publication all 100 level Engineering students are to remain in Abraka Main Campus for the 2023/2024 academic session,” the statement concluded.
