German Citizen Decries Govt's Negligence In Duty Protection Against Fraud

Narrating the ordeal of financial violence and its devastating impact on an individual, with no contact points for the issue of financial violence and no suboptimal prosecution on actors e.g. for rescuing lost funds, tracking down actors, a German Citizen (name withheld), has blamed government at all levels for not sufficiently acting up to their duties of protection of lives and property, why calling for improved law enforcement, education, contact points, and support in emergencies for multiple forms of financial violence, fraud, and exploitation.

She attributed the upsurge in financial fraud as a global pandemic mostly due to the lack of opportunities, education, and peace in the world, stressing that peace in the world can be served by everyone in that every single citizen has a right to protect his or her identity, ownership and opening up opportunities, rather than the attitude of non-competence, seizure, inhumane and servitude which also seriously endangers our democratic structures.

I think if our country takes on the task of peace in the world, to serve seriously, e.g. by experiencing justice for all people, then even the violence of any kind will become less and less, she added.

“I hereby demand that our state respond to the rapid growth market of the fraud industry, set clear boundaries, create contact points, and provide financial resources in emergencies; we expect our government to implement the constitutional task of protecting our property, our health, safety and personal rights, and the creation of the prerequisites for every citizen to be able to live in safety and not be endangered”, she averred.

I envisage a society in which compassion and care are fundamental values so that no one is in danger of feelings of loneliness or being scammed; a society where Victims cannot be discriminated against, should not, and must not be discriminated against.

Financial violence also has an impact on health and psychological consequences for those affected, she, therefore opined simplifies the implementation of victim compensation laws, establishment of counseling centers, and increasing fraud awareness through fraud prevention campaigns and education

In her conclusive words, she maintained that fraud could become less and citizens more protected if they were conscious of this responsibility before God and man inspired by the will to serve the peace of the world as equal members.
