Ibuakevwe Lauds Oborevwori Over Implementation Of His MORE Agenda

Peoples Democratic Party( PDP ), Warri South Local Government Council chairmanship aspirant, Deacon Ejiro Ibuakevwe, has lauded Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori over the implementation of his MORE agenda in the execution of projects particularly in Warri South and Uvwie Local Government Areas so far .

Ibuakevwe who is the Oghwuvwie ( President ) of Agbarha Warri Community of Edjeba, made the commendation in his speech during his consultation visit to the the chairman of Urhobos of Warri Political Class, Rev Canon David Otofia.

He noted that Governor Oborevwori has so far shown that he was determined to implement his MORE Agenda in Warri South, Uvwie Local Government Areas and indeed the entire state.

Ibuakevwe assured that if elected as chairman of Warri South Local Government Council , he will add value to the MORE Agenda of Governor Oborevwori.

He also stated that he has what it takes to take the local government area to greater heights if he becomes the chairman of the local government council.

Ibuakevwe therefore appealed for the prayers and support of Rev Otofia .

The Chairman of Urhobos of Warri Political Class thanked Deacon Ejiro Ibuakevwe for the visit.

He said that he was pleased to know that credible Urhobos of Warri have interest in the contest for the number one political seat in Warri South Local Government Area.

Otofia however advised that the Urhobos of Warri should unite for the contest.

Rev Canon David Otofia had acknowledged that Governor Oborevwori had positively impacted on the entire state with his MORE agenda since he became governor of Delta State.

He therefore urged Ibuakevwe to emulate Governor Oborevwori if he becomes the chairman of Warri South Local Government Council.

” My prayer is that the next chairman of the local government council should be an Urhobo that will impact positively on the development of the entire local government area.”

He also stated that the Urhobos should be considered for the chairmanship of the local government council based on the principles of zoning and rotation in PDP.

High point of the event was a special prayer said for Deacon Ejiro Ibuakevwe by Rev Canon David Otofia.
