Warri Urhobo Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ) National Leader , Dr ( Chief ) Israel Abido ( JP ) has remarked that a leading PDP Warri South Local Government Council chairmanship aspirant, Deacon Ejiro Ibuakevwe was on the right course in the contest.

Abido who is a member of Delta State Advisory And Peace Building Council made the remark after listening to the manifestos of the PDP Warri Local Government Council chairmanship hopeful who paid him a consultation visit at the weekend.

Abido who is a former Chairman of Delta State Library Board emphasized that Warri South Local Government Council needed a credible and resourceful chairmanship candidate such as Deacon Ejiro Ibuakevwe to take the local government area to greater heights.

He disclosed that over 10 aspirants in the contest have paid him such a visit, stressing that he was highly impressed by the rich credentials and manifestos of Deacon Ejiro Ibuakevwe.

Ibuakevwe had earlier among other things disclosed that if given the opportunity to serve the people of Warri South Local Government Council chairman, he will add value to the MORE agenda of Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori.

Ibuakevwe who is the Oghwuvwie (; President ) of Agbarha Warri community of Edjeba also stated that before he will kick start his consultation visits, it was expidient for him to seek the prayers and blessings of the Warri Urhobo PDP National Leader just as he humbly requested that Chief Abido JP should give him the direction in the contest.

High point of the event was a special prayer said by Dr ( Chief ) Israel Abido JP for Deacon Ejiro Ibuakevwe.
