Oborevwori Hails Mosogar Monarch On 1st Coronation Anniversary

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on Tuesday, congratulated the Ovie of Mosogar Kingdom, HRM Sunday Odogu Okpurhe, Uduaka I, on the first anniversary of his coronation.
In a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, in Asaba, Oborevwori lauded the monarch for his peaceful and productive reign in Mosogar kingdom since he ascended the throne of his forefathers a year ago.
Governor Oborevwori noted that the monarch’s ascension to the throne had brought good tidings to the kingdom, and urged the people to continue supporting the monarch in his transformational leadership in the domain.
According to him, Mosogar had metamorphosed over time to become a peaceful and investor-friendly kingdom and commended the youths and people of the kingdom for promoting peaceful co-existence between the kingdom and their neighbours.
“His Majesty has continued to work hard with his Council of Chiefs and the youths to maintain peace in the kingdom and I thank our people for the cooperation given to him to transform and position the kingdom for greatness in the State.

“On behalf of the gGvernment and people of Delta, I warmly congratulate the Ovie of Mosogar, HRM Sunday Odogu Okpurhe, Uduaka I, on his 1st coronation anniversary.
“We pray that the Almighty God will continue to give him good health and wisdom to pilot the traditional affairs of the kingdom and offer valuable contributions to the development of our dear State,” the Governor said.
He thanked the people of Mosogar for reposing confidence on the monarch as well as giving him the needed support and cooperation in the past one year on the throne.
