Two Years In Office: Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lauds Soludo

Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide has praised His Excellency, Professor Charles Soludo, CFR, and the Governor of Anambra State as he marks two years in Office.
In a statement signed by Dr. Chiedozie Alex Ogbonnia, National Publicity Secretary, Ohaneze Ndigbo recalled “the overwhelming clamour before the governorship election by almost all the segments of the Igbo for Soludo to become the governor of Anambra State.”
Adding: “The general clamour for Soludo was predicated on his sterling reputation for profound intellect, audaciousness, global economic punditry, character comeliness, dispositional humility, and an awesome track record of accomplishments.”
The statement continued: “The President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Chief Engr. Dr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, MFR; OFR; CFR; FNICE; FNSE; FNIST; KSC (Ahaejiagamba Ndigbo) informs that the reports he gets from all the nooks and crannies in Anambra State are heart-warming. The reports validate the peoples’ expectations in Soludo as a legacy archetype who is committed to transform Anambra State to a tourist and investment destination.”

“Ohanaeze applauds Soludo for an uncommon prudent resource management, massive skill acquisition and youth empowerment scheme, a regenerative agricultural programme, urban regeneration, recruitment of over 5000 teachers, road infrastructural revolution, security enhancement, etc.
“While we congratulate Governor Chukwuma Soludo for a phenomenal efficient service delivery in Anambra State, Ohanaeze Ndigbo is in a hurry to replicate the likes of Dr. M I Okpara, Chief Sam Mbakwe, and Chief Jim Nwobodo whose incumbencies as the Premier of Eastern Region; and the governors Old Imo and Old Anambra States respectively, are still remembered by all and sundry with deep emotional attachments,” the statement said.
“On behalf of the Igbo Leader, Chief Engr. Dr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, Ahaejiagamba Ndigbo, the National Executive Committee (NEC) and indeed all the structures of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, it is our solemn prayers that God will continue to guide and protect Your Excellency in the governance of Anambra State,” the statement concluded.
