1st Coronation Anniversary: Eburu Calls For Continuous Support For Orosuen

The Otota of Okere Urhobo Kingdom in Warri South Local Government Area, High Chief (retired Brigadier General) Gold Eburu has called on the people of the ancient Urhobo kingdom of Okere to give their continuous support for HRM Morris Oghenechuko Eyekpimi – Egbogboyen, Owhotemu 11, the Orosuen ( tradititioal ruler) of Okere Urhobo Kingdom.

Eburu who is also the traditional Prime Minister of the kingdom, made the call in an exclusive media chat with our correspondent in Warri on Thursday, 4th April, 2024 on the 1st coronation anniversary of the traditional ruler which comes up on Sunday, 7th April , 2024.

The highly esteemed retired Nigerian Army General, expressed the need for all sons and daughters of Okere Urhobo Kingdom to close ranks and shun all forms of rancour or bitterness in the overall interest of the kingdom.

Eburu who congratulated the Okere Urhobo monarch on his 1st year coronation anniversary, disclosed that the event will feature special thanksgiving to God, conferment of chieftaincy titles on deserving indigenes and non indigenes of Okere Urhobo Kingdom among other activities.

He also expressed his appreciation to Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for presentation of staff of office to the Orosuen of Okere Urhobo Kingdom, just as he enjoined friends and well wishers to join the good people of Okere Urhobo Kingdom in the celebration of the auspicious event.
