Gunmen Kill University Professor, Abduct Two In Ogun
Gunmen have killed a lecturer of Babcock University, Illisan, Olowojobi Yinka at an event centre in Iperu, the home town of Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun.
The gunmen numbering eight, who dressed in black attire, injured two, while two others were abducted during the invasion at the Ajadeh Event Centre on Sagamu Road in the Iperu area last Friday.
The deceased, Mr. Olomojobi, a professor of Law at Babcock, was shot dead, for allegedly refusing to be taken away by the suspected gunmen.

Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Omolola Odutola, said a security man who resumed barely two weeks at the event centre has been arrested in connection with the incident, based on reasonable suspicion, as police commence discreet investigation on the incident.
