Onojeghwo Promises To Better Lives Of Warri People

A Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) Warri South Local Government Council chairmanship aspirant , Hon Mavis Okeoghene Onojeghwo has promised to better the lots of the residents of Warri South Local Government Area if elected as Chairman of Warri South Local Government Council.
He made the promise when he formally declared his interest for the number one political seat in Warri South Local Government Area before the PDP Warri Urhobos last weekend.
Onojeghwo who was a former councilor representing Igbudu Ward and who is also the caretaker vice chairman of PDP Warri South Local Government Area, also promised to execute people oriented programs that will put smiles on the faces of the people of Warri as well as unite the people of the area.
Hon Mavis Okeoghene Onojeghwo stated that he has served the party and therefore pleaded that he should be given the opportunity to serve the party and the people of Warri South Local Government Area as the chairman of the local government council.

He also promised that he will carry every member of the party if he becomes the chairman of the local government council.
The deputy chairman of PDP Warri Urhobos, Chief Hon Matthew Poko Opuoru and others who spoke at the event commended the Warri South Local Government Council chairmanship aspirant for declaring his interest for the contest.
The leader of PDP Warri Urhobos, Professor ( Chief ) Israel Abido ( JP ) however advised Hon Mavis Okeoghene Onojeghwo to win the minds of leaders, elders and members of the party in order for him to be voted for as the party flag bearer in the forthcoming party primaries on the local government council elections.
Abido also stated that he as leader, is a father to all aspirants.
