Sequel to the series of complaints of armed robbery attacks in Asaba, the Delta State capital and the promise of CP Abaniwonda Olufemi to arrest the perpetrators, two suspects, Azuluonye Okonkwo and Anuku Joseph were arrested on Monday.

Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, in the state, SP Bright Edafe, who disclosed this, added that the suspects have confessed their involvement in armed robbery operations around COCA area.

He continued: “They robbed three houses and the victims came to the headquarters and identified them.”

Meanwhile, he revealed that from their findings, “one point to note is that in some of the houses they entered around 2 am, their gates were not even locked.”

“Let’s take our security seriously pls,” he concluded.
