Kwara State Govt. Reopens Application Portal for MSME Operational Grant

Kwara State has reopened the application portal for the Kwara NG-CARES MSME Operational Support Grant.

The announcement follows the approval of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and underscores his commitment to empowering small businesses in the state.

The application window will open for 14 days, starting from June 25th, 2024, to July 8th, 2024.

Nano, micro, and small-scale business owners in Kwara State with existing, verifiable businesses are encouraged to apply.

To be eligible for the grant, businesses must be physically located within one of Kwara State’s 16 Local Government Areas and be able to provide evidence of their existence. This evidence can include:

A picture of the business with the owner clearly visible
Shop rent receipt (if applicable)
Utility bill (if applicable)
Evidence of payment of staff salary/payroll (if applicable)
Business Registration Certificate (if applicable)
