Nigerian Man Goes Underground Over Illicit Sex Affair With Male Lover
Whereabouts of an indigene of Abraka in Delta State, Emese Philip is said to be unknown.
A family member under conditions of anonymity disclosed this to Oasis Magazine, saying that the said Philp was caught having carnal knowledge with a man which he noted is against the country’s laws.
Continuing, he said, Philp, aged 45, was last seen in April 2024 after the said crime.

He added: “The police are looking for him, family members after his last call stating the development are yet to get in touch with him.
“We have sent messages to our family members across the country to be on the look out for him. But we know that even if he comes out today, he would have the laws of the land to deal with. So, we just hope he is safe wherever he is.”
Family members wonder what got him involved with homosexual activities since he is happily married with children.
Nigeria’s law imposes a 14-year prison sentence on anyone who enters into a same-sex marriage contract or civil union,” and a 10-year sentence on individuals or groups, including religious leaders, who “witness, abet, and aid the solemnization of a same-sex marriage or union.
