Army Neutralize 11 ISWAP Terrorists In Sambisa Forest

Nigerian army in conjunction with hybrid forces and Civilian Joint Task force, nutrialised 11 ISWAP terrorists in a raid on their enclave in Jongo, Sambisa Forest, Bama Local Government Area of Borno State.
Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama, that the troops recorded the feats on Friday, July 5, 2024 during a major incursion into the terrorists hideouts.

The sources said that the troops also recovered various weapons and ammunition, including 99 rounds of 7.62mm x 54 ammo link, 19 rounds of 7.62mm x 39 special ammo, three AK-4 rifle magazines, 47 rounds of ammunition, two locally made guns, and two hand grenades.
The military reported no casualties, while one member of the hybrid force was wounded in action.
