Be Devoted To Efficient Service Delivery, Ogedegbe Charges Ethiope East Council Staff

The Chairman of Ethiope East Local Government Council, Hon. Augustine Ogedegbe has charged staff members of the council to demonstrate unwavering commitment and dedication to efficient service delivery.
Ogedegbe gave the charge on Thursday in an interactive meeting with the council staff at the local government secretariat in Isiokolo, headquarters of Ethiope East Local Government Area.
He emphasized the crucial role of civil servants in the growth and development of the local government area.
Speaking further, Ogedegbe highlighted the importance of teamwork, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
He stressed that the success of the council lay heavily on the collective efforts and dedication of its workforce.
Speaking on behalf of the council staff, Alex Eriewode, the NULGE chairman of Ethiope East Local Government Area, lauded Hon. Ogedegbe for the steps he has taken so far since his assumption of office, noting with the open-door approach of the council chairman, the staff would put in their best to give the administration the needed support.
Erievwode pleaded with the Council Chairman to look critically into staff welfare and creating a conducive working environment.
He assured the council boss that the staff would embrace innovation and adopt best practices to enhance service delivery and meet the needs of the council.
