Majemite Appreciates Erhiatake Over Fertilizer Empowerment To Farmers In Ethiope

Chief Andrew Majemite, National Chairman, Ibori Suenu Grassroots Network (ISGN) has commended the Parliamentarian and Principal, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Erhiatake Ibori – Suenu, member representing Ethiope Federal Constituency for doling out 500 50kg bags of Fertilizer to empower the farmers in her mandate area, saying that the people of Ethiope never had it so good.
Majemite in a media chat with journalists disclosed that Ethiope East and West got 250 bags each, making the 500 bags for onwards distribution to the various DSIEC Wards, adding that NULGE and the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Ethiope East and West also benefited from the fertilizer empowerment for the farmers among them.

Speaking further, Majemite posited that the sharing of the fertilizer cuts across political parties, stressing that genuine farmers, irrespective of party affiliation would benefit from the empowerment, warning that the fertilizers are not to be sold or kept wasted but to be equitably shared to farmers without delay in order to improve the soil, upscale food production and guarantee food security across Ethiope.
” Empowering farmers at this period is timely because this is the planting season. So, we commend and appreciate our amiable Parliamentarian and Principal, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Erhiatake Ibori – SUENU for the fertilizer empowerment to the farmers in the constituency. It will go a long way in addressing food insecurity and guarantee self – sufficiency in food production in the coming years”
He urged the good people of Ethiope Federal Constituency to pray for her and to key into her Development and Empowerment program, adding that Erhiatake is a goal-getter and meant well for the people irrespective of party affiliations.
