I Am Battling Depression, Kemi Lawrence Cries Out

Investigative journalist, Dr. Kemi Lawrence has said that she is battling depression at the moment.
She disclosed this in a post on X on Thursday.
She wrote: “Just wanted to let my followers know that I’m currently battling depression.”
Adding: “I never got over the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from my triple Port Harcourt prison arrest in 2017. I watched my docuseries after uploading it on @YouTube earlier this week and immediately went into seclusion.”

She continued: “I had to tell my story. I have not eaten since Monday 3 days now. The untold story of how some Nigerians ruined my journalism career hurts me so much. I no longer have any motivation. I saw a Psychologist today for treatment.”
“I’m sorry I haven’t been able to upload the 10 chapters here on X. It’s called #PersecutedIJ @DrKemiLawrence on YouTube.
“Depression is not a death sentence. Get help if you are struggling,” she concluded.
