Senator Omo-Agege To Grace Oasis Magazine Awards November

Former Deputy President of the Senate, Obarisi Senator Ovie Omo-Agege will attend the Distinguished Nigerian Awards (DISNA) organised by Oasis Magazine, scheduled to hold Thursday, 7th November, 2024 at Asaba.

The media house said this in a statement on Wednesday signed by the Chairman, Planning Committee, Christian Eghenedji.

According to the statement, the former lawmaker and Urhobo icon will play the role of Distinguished Guest of Honour at the said event.

He added: “We are glad to announce that the former Deputy President of the Senate is amongst dignitaries that will attend this year’s event. As we honour some distinguished Nigerians, it is good news that a distinguished senator who served the nation, his senatorial district, Delta Central and even the state at large will be around to witness the event and honour us with his presence.”

DISNA 2024 will hold at Opal Event Center, along Jesus Saves Road, Asaba, Delta State. Kick off time is 11a.m. for the Red Carpet ceremonies, while the main event will commence at 12 noon.
