A Love Story In The Making: Weyimi, Rukevwe’s Pre-Introduction Holds In Abraka
Yesterday, November 16, 2024, marked a significant milestone in the love story of Miss Oritseweyimi Tsetimi (affectionately known as Weyimi) and Mr. Oghenerukevwe Oghenejakpor (popularly called Rekevwe).
A pre-introduction ceremony, a prelude to their formal Introduction/engagement, was held, bringing together families, friends, and well-wishers.
The event was a celebration of love, family, and tradition.
The Oghenejakpor family, led by Barrister and Mrs. Amos Oghenejakpor, paid a formal visit to the Tsetimi family, represented by Professor and Mrs. Jonathan Tsetimi.
Other members of the Tsetimi family present at the occasion were Mr. David Tsetimi, an engineer and Barrister Joseph Tsetimi.
The occasion was graced by dignitaries from various walks of life, who came to witness the union of two promising individuals. Dignitaries with the Tsetimi Family at the occasion included Pa Jacob Ebie, Prof Godwin Demaki, immediate past ASUU-DELSU Chairman, Prof (Mrs) Dicta Ogisi, Prof (Mrs) Noyo Edema, Prof Augustine Atonuje and Prof and Mrs Joshua Apanapudor.
A Match of Shared Dreams and Aspirations
Weyimi, a dynamic and talented individual, is the founder of WeRu Beauty, an elegant brand that offers a range of beauty products. She is also a skilled English tutor with the Demonstration School of Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro, and a creative makeup artist.
Rukevwe, a visionary entrepreneur, is the founder and CEO of PIT Africa, a company that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry. He is also the CEO (Head of Product) at Serome, an online healthcare insurance platform.
The couple’s shared passion for innovation, creativity, and service to humanity has undoubtedly drawn them together. Their love story is a testament to the power of shared dreams and aspirations.

The Pre-Introduction Ceremony
The pre-introduction ceremony was a blend of tradition and modernity. It was a formal occasion, marked by respect, reverence, and cultural significance.
The Oghenejakpor were lavishly entertained by the Tsetimi, and as tradition demands the hospitality of the Tsetimi family was returned by the Oghenejakpor family before making their intentions known.
The two families, united by love and mutual respect, exchanged pleasantries and discussed the future of the couple and later fixed the introduction/engagement proper for 30th of November 2024.
The event was filled with joy, laughter, and heartfelt wishes for the couple’s future happiness.
Friends and family members shared stories about Weyimi and Rekevwe, highlighting their unique qualities and the positive impact they have made on their communities.
