Birth Anniversary: Agare Congratulates Ufiofio

Comr. Agare Oghenerume Ethiope, a reporter with Oasis Magazine, has congratulated Mrs. R. U. Ufiofio, the first female Registrar of the Delta State University, Abraka, on the occasion of her birth anniversary.
