Delta North Youth Group Appreciates Chiedu Ebie

The executive and entire members of Delta North Youth Ethnic National Stakeholders have appreciated the Chairman, Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development commission (NDDC), Hon. Barr Chiedu Ebie, and the entire commission.
Speaking to journalists in Asaba, the chairman, Hon Okaegwu Isioma Peter said the group is immensely grateful for counting them worthy to be part of the just concluded 2025 International Youth Day Celebration.
He said the theme for the event was ‘Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development, under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
He continued: “We also extend our deepest appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for genuinely using NDDC to develop the oil reach region Niger Delta.
“We therefore as a group reaffirm our sincere loyalty to our leader and chairman, Hon Barr Chiedu Ebie in all now and forever.
“We are also appreciating him for his developmental stride within Delta North in particular and Niger Delta region in general.
“As it’s often said, that appreciation is application for more. We therefore as a group appeal to management of NDDC for more of such program on a regular basis in the region, as well as empowerment/ employment to reduce drastically the unemployment and crime rate in the region.

“We also appeal that NDDC regularly carry out awareness campaign on drug abuse in the region, as well as mentorship training of our youths within the ages of 18 to 34 years.”
Speaking further, he said: “Delta North Youth Ethnic National stakeholders, having our structures across the 9 LGAs in Delta North, is fully ready to partner with NDDC and other government agencies on the awareness campaign.
“Once again the group is immensely grateful to Hon Barr Chiedu Ebie ( chairman NDDC) for his kind gesture for to the group and Niger Delta people.”
