Former HoRs Member In Delta, Nicholas Ossai, Dumps PDP

Hon. Nicholas Ossai, PhD, former member representing Ndokwa East/Ndokwa West/Ukwuani Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives has officially resigned his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
His resignation, submitted in a letter dated February 8, 2025, was addressed to the PDP Chairman of Ward I in Ndokwa West LGA, Delta State.
The letter, which has now gone public, states: “Please accept this letter as a formal notice of my resignation as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ward I, Ndokwa West L.G.A., Delta State, effective today, 8th February, 2025. Thank you. Best regards.”
Ossai’s departure from the PDP is sending ripples across Delta State’s political sphere. As a well-known lawmaker with a strong track record of connecting parliaments with institutions, his exit signals a major shift in power dynamics.
