Lawyer Writes Police Over Disappearance Of Philip Emese, Lover Involved In Homosexual Activities

Solicitors to Mr. Ajemikoko Lucky, a native of Abraka Community, whose house address is located at No. 62 Cemetery Road, Sapele in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, have written to the police in Delta State about “the nefarious activities” of Mr. Philip Emese and Mr. Philip Umukoro who are alleged to be sexual partners and involved in the act of homosexuality, saying the two suspects have gone into hiding and must be prosecuted.

A letter written by R.I Ofeke Esq. dated January 2025 written to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department, said that upon the death of the father of Mr. Philip Emese, who was a disciplinarian, he decided to live a very sociable and free life and as such during his school days, he met one Mr. Philip Umukoro, adding that the duo developed passionate affection for each other.

He continued: “That despite the fact that the suspects, were fully aware that the above act is highly frowned at in the society, they continued their relationship, as they were really in love with each other, to the extent that the above suspects Mr. Philip Emese and Mr. Philip Umukoro were caught kissing and caressing each other in a party and this sparked serious issue at the time and due to the fact that he could not face the consequence of his actions, Mr. Philip Emese relocated from where he was living to another city.”

He added: “Based on the foregoing, police investigation has been extended to inviting and arresting the above suspects, but they have been evading arrest and hence this petition. It is premised on these foregoing facts and coupled with the fact that our Client is a law-abiding citizen who would not like to resort to self-help-that we are making this clarion call to your esteem office to wit: that you swiftly and decisively initiate a high-powered investigation into this matter that will lead to tracking to unearth and arresting the suspects for discreet investigation and as well initiating criminal prosecution of these culprits to serve as a deterrent to prospective/intending culprits.”
