We Must Continue To Alter The 1999 Constitution –Akpowowo

Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Olorogun (Barr.) Arthur Akpowowo has said that there was a need to continue to alter the 1999 Constitution.
The lawmaker who represents Ethiope East constituency in the State Assembly said this in a Facebook post on Friday.
He wrote: “We MUST continue to alter the 1999 Constitution, even though 82 sections have been altered since its existence.”

According to him, the alterations are necessary until “a workable document” is achieved.
