2025 Children’s Day Summit To Hold In Abraka May 27

A summit for secondary school students in Abraka, Ethiope East Local Government of Delta State, organized by the National Association for Proprietors of Private School, NAPPS, Abraka Unit, in collaboration with Centre for Education Development, CED, Abuja, is set to hold in Abraka.
The event to commemorate this year’s Children’s Day celebration will hold at the 750 Seater Lecture Theater in Site 3, Delta State University, DELSU, Abraka.
Chairman of the Children’s Day Summit Planning Committee, Mrs. Umoeshiet Glory, disclosed that the upcoming programme tagged: “Children’s Day Summit” is for JSS 1 to SSS 3 students.
The occasion will feature leadership training, self confidence tips, career guidance, morals and ethics, academic excellence and studying tips and lots more.

According to the organizers, the first 500 students to arrive at the venue will be presented seminar materials and certificates.
Oasis Magazine learnt that Mr. Afolabi Adun, Director, CED, Abuja, is the Lead Resource Person for the programme.
Meanwhile, Chairman of NAPPS, Abraka Unit, Comrade Ejiroghene Onosakponome, urged owners of private schools and heads of public schools in the area to support the project, just as he called on them to register students in their respective schools, saying it will be a plus to those who attend.
