Delta APC Mourns Passing Of Barr. Jesutega Onokpasa

The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State, has mourned the death of Barr. Jesutega Onokpasa.

This was contained in a statement on Wednesday, signed by Valentine Onojeghuo Esq, State Publicity Secretary, APC Delta State

The statement reads: “It is with profound sorrow and a deep sense of loss that the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Delta State, mourns the sudden passing of one of our most loyal and committed members, Barrister Jesutega Onokpasa.

“Barr. Onokpasa was not only a distinguished legal mind and public commentator, but also a tireless patriot who gave his all in service to our great Party and the Nigerian nation. A passionate believer in the progressive ideals of the APC, he served diligently as a member of the 2023 Presidential Campaign Council, where his contributions were invaluable to the success of our Party and the eventual victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“Throughout his life, Barr. Onokpasa remained a fervent supporter of President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. He stood firm in his unwavering belief in the policies and direction of this administration and consistently used his voice and platform to articulate and defend the progressive transformation being driven by the President.

“His eloquence, intellect and steadfast loyalty will be sorely missed-not just by the APC family in Delta State and across Nigeria, but by all who knew him as a passionate advocate for justice, equity, peace and national unity.”

The statement said further: “We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and associates during this time of grief. May God grant them strength, comfort and fortitude to bear this terrible loss.”

“May the gentle soul of Barr. Jesutega Onokpasa rest in perfect peace, amen,” the party prayed.
