Kwara Gov Mourns As Wife Of Ex-Gov David Bamigboye Dies At 76
“Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq is saddened by the passing of Mrs Beatrice, wife of the first Governor of Kwara State Brigadier-General David Bamigboye.”
This was contained in a statement by Rafiu Ajakaye, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.
She died at the age of 76 — seven years after the death of her husband.

Mrs Bamigboye, who breathed her last in Lagos, is survived by five children and several grandchildren. Her burial rites will be announced by the family.
“Governor AbdulRazaq sends his heartfelt condolences to the Bamigboyes and her relatives in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State,” the statement added
He prayed to the Almighty God to repose her soul and grant the family the strength to bear the huge loss.
