2027: Delta ADC Stakeholders Meet, Endorse Mark, Aregbosola, Other NWC Leaders

Ahead of the 2027 General Election so as to rescue Nigeria from the shackle of bandage of economic challenges and others, a meeting of the Stakeholders of Delta State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) held in Ughelli, the headquarters of Ughelli North Local Government Area, of Delta State.
However, during the stakeholders meeting which was well attended by the members of ADC across the eight (8) local areas of Delta Central, a vote of confidence was passed on the current leadership of the Party National Working Committee (NWC), headed by the former Senator President Senator David Mark, His Excellency Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, former Governor of Osun State as Secretary General of ADC and other elected Exco to pilot the affairs of the party.
The endorsement and conference votes came necessary with a call to every members to support the National Working Committee so as to achieve the desire dreams of repositioning Nigeria, better future.
The endorsement motion was moved by Hon. (Arch), Julius Efeni Akpovoka who is the Coordinator of the meeting, and seconded by Chief Sunday Asuai Ogbecho from Delta North and Chief Prince Governor from Delta South and was adopted through a unanimous voice votes respectively.

The coordinator of the Coalition meeting, Hon. Akpovoka in his address during the meeting which was described as a welcome development expressed disappointment with the current state of the Nation citing mismanagement of the country resources and bad economic policies of His Excellency, President Ahmed Tinubu led APC administration.
Akpovoka who described the gathering as a strategic coalition of Delta political strengths, charged everyone to grassroots mobilization from house to house, ward to ward, and local government to local government areas, just as he also stressed that his ambition is to ensure ADC takes Delta State to the next level of better governance come 2027.
Hon. Julius Efeni Akpovoka further disclosed that the National Working Committee is set to unveil the party ADC on Saturday 9th August, 2025 at PTI Conference Centre, Warri.
The coalition meeting marked a significant show of unity and resolved that ADC, as the party is intensifying its groundwork for victory in the next elections.
