Oyovwi Hails Oyovbaire At 84

The Provost of College of Education (COE), Warri, Dr. Dickson Onovwakpoma Oyovwi (JP) has hailed Professor Sam Oyovbaire for positively impacting on humanity.
This was contained in his goodwill message to Professor Oyovbaire on his 84th birthday anniversary in a media chat with our correspondent at his office in College of Education (COE) on Monday, 4th August, 2025.
Oyovwi remarked that Professor Oyovbaire is an elder statesman with many positive sides, as he described Professor Oyovbaire as a community leader, grassroot politician, philanthropist, counselor, humble and a devout Christian.

The Provost of College of Education, Warri, also gladly noted that Professor Oyovbaire has positively impacted on humanity with his qualities.
He said that he is proud and glad to identify with Professor Oyovbaire as a father and mentor.
While congratulating Professor Oyovbaire, Dr Oyovwi, prayed that God should bless him with more happy and prosperous years in good health for him to continue to do more for humanity.
