Ughelli South United Forum Endorses Tinubu, Oborevwori For Second Term

The leadership and members of Ughelli South United Forum USUF) have endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Sherriff Oborevwori for second term in 2027.

Members unanimously gave the endorsement on Sunday 5th October, 2025, at the residence of Chief Godwin Okporoko, Chairman of the forum.

Speaking at the meeting, Okporoko, JP, Executive Assistant, Security Matters To Delta State Governor, commended the members for endorsing Tinubu and Oborevwori for second term.

He said the forum is made up of government appointees and stakeholders from the Eleven Wards in Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State.

Okporoko promised that the forum will support and deliver Ughelli South hundred percent to Tinubu and Governor Oborevwori in 2027, disclosing that members were already mobilizing for the victory of Tinubu and Oborevwori.

According to Okporoko, the Urhobo people should ensure that Governor Oborevwori win all the eight local governments in Delta Central in 2027.

He pointed that since 1999, every Delta State Governor served eight years in office, and that Governor Oborevwori will also serve eight years.

“ Governor Oborevwori is doing well, and he should be voted again in 2027 to continue with the good works. This is why Urhobo people of Delta Central must ensure that Governor Oborevwori wins one hundred percent in Delta Central in 2027”

Okporoko, President General, Owahwa Sub-Clan, OML34, Ughievwen Kingdom, Ughelli South LGA, said no Urhobo son or daughter should contest against Governor Oborevwori in 2027, for the unity of Urhobo Nation.

The prominent Urhobo leader stated, “ Delta North and Delta South will vote in mass for Oborevwori in 2027, so, it is expected that Delta Central where the Governor comes from must deliver more votes for the Governor in 2027. Every Local Government in Delta Central must be won by Governor Oborevwori”
