The Member representing Sagbama Constituency III in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. Chief (Mrs.) Ebizi Ndiomu Brown, has felicitated with His Royal Highness, Reid Aladei, Agbere Bebe Kene III of Agbere Community, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday anniversary.
