ACNPN Congress Suspends Enebuse, 2 Others
A Congress of the Association of Community Newpaper Publishers of Nigeria, ACNPN, Delta State Chapter, has suspended Comrades Precious Enebuse, Publisher, Grassroot Trumpet, Valerie Opia, Publisher, Ukwuani Aglow and Lucky Odili, Publisher, Epic Magazine.
This decision, we gathered was made today, during a meeting of the association that held at her secretariat in Asaba.

According to a press release by the group, dated: 31st May, 2018 and signed by 19 members of the association, “the affected members were suspended over their flagrant disregard of the ACNPN constitution by going ahead to form a parallel Association of Publishers in the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Area,” under the aegis of Ndokwa Newspaper Publishers Association, NNPA, “yet remained recalcitrant over their actions when questioned.”
According to the press release, an Investigative/Ethics and Disciplinary Committee, made up of three members, Comrades Jude Chukwuha (Chairman), Princess Ichofu and Ike Abiagom has been mandated to within a month submit their findings about the issues surrounding this move by the trio to go ahead with the NNPA initiative and other related issues.

Speaking on the matter, the state Chairman of ACNPN, Comrade Jude Obiemenyego, Publisher of Zion Nationale Newspapers, advised the general public, government and corporate entities not to deal with them as members of ACNPN, pending the determination of their disciplinary trial.
At the time of filing this report, OM was yet to get a response from Enebuse on the matter.
